Exterior Painting in Golden, CO — Foothills Siding, Trim & Interiors

Golden sits where the Front Range foothills meet the plains, and homes near the Colorado School of Mines campus and historic downtown hold some of the oldest housing stock in Jefferson County — original wood siding and trim that often needs lead-safe scraping, priming, and caulking before a new coat will bond. Foothills wind funnels down Clear Creek Canyon and accelerates caulking failure around windows and doors, while west-facing exposures take punishing afternoon UV. Newer subdivisions on Applewood and Lookout Mountain mix stucco and fiber cement into the prep equation.
